1. Thanks to my son Mahlon for arriving here in June. Although I may not sleep much anymore, he is worth everything to me. ( I know, it’s not sports...but had to be mentioned by a proud papa).2. Thanks to whoever started the tradition of having the Cowboys play on Thanksgiving Day.
3. Thanks to Bill Parcells for injecting life into the Cowboys with Tony Romo.
4. Thanks to the McKinney North Bulldogs for making a broadcaster scream "It’s touchdown time in Texas" after the regular season is over.
